If one has power and influence over the masses, one must be selfless and help people out. An open mind is crucial in order to understand your peers, your superiors and your inferiors within a community where status matters. By having an open mind, one can learn about people and earn some values in return. An open mind creates a new path for those who need to learn about respect. Respecting others makes them respect you in return and value you as a person and as a leader.
Tolerance is what allows us to perceive attitudes which are difficult to understand. It's also a valuable act to accept unlikable things. Learning from people's difficult personality traits, one learns to improve oneself as a person and avoid behaviours which may interfere with our way of living and our interpersonal relationships. Thereby patience is key in order to keep oneself under control when obstacles cross our path.
Let us hope that all of our leaders, may they be presidents, kings, ministers, queens, friends, parents, siblings or otherwise, keep in mind that Respect, Tolerance and Patience all come with an open mind and contribute to their growth as a person and as leaders.

"I meant," said Ipslore bitterly,
"what is there in this world that truly
makes living worth while?" Death thought
about it. "CATS", he said eventually, "CATS ARE NICE"

Pork is not a verb
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Wow...that was fun!"
